Admission and group area reservation

$15 per person  – group rate includes 3 hour reservation of outdoor group area. Minimum number – 16,  maximum capacity ~ 80 (Infants under the age of 1 are free of charge)

Meal Options: Minimum of 16 participants

 Burger Bar Buffet –  $14 / adult,  $10.50/child (under 12)

  • 6 oz. sterling silver beef burgers or grilled turkey burgers
  • Buns, toppings and condiments
  • Garden Salad with dressing
  • Juice boxes and pitchers of water

 Hot dog buffet – $12/ adult,  $9/ child

  • All beef smokies (Cheddar or Jalapeno & Cheese)
  • Buns, toppings, and condiments
  • Garden salad
  • Juice boxes and pitchers of water

 Optional add ons:

  • Coffee or tea service $2.00 per adult
  • Ice cream sandwich $2 per person

Buffet tables and coffee service to be set up inside the group area. A 10’ x 20’ tent is available upon request for buffet tables and/or bar. Picnic tables for guest seating will be set up in group area. In case of poor weather, the top floor of the cafe may be used as an alternative space.  For events where food is being served, a final number of guests must be provided to Kayben 5 days prior to the event .  Client will be billed for that number (or the actual number of guests if higher) regardless of the actual number attending.

Optional Fire in Fireplace– $75 includes lit fire and enough wood to keep fire burning for duration of event.

Optional Tractor drawn fun cart ride – $75 ride lasts 12-20 minutes and can seat up to 20 participants.

After hours rate: add $50* per hour, maximum 3 hours past regular hours. Sunshine Adventure Park is available May – October only

Deposit and terms: 25% non-refundable booking deposit with a credit card is required at time of booking.  Cancellations must be made 7 days or more in advance or the entire cost of the booking will be charged to the card.  Cancellation made with 7 days or more notice will have the option to re-book and deposit will be applied to next booking.  The booking deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Final balance is due at time of event. Kayben Farms requires a credit card on file to settle any variance to the estimate or damages.
