Spring is coming!
In 2016, we had unseasonably nice weather in March and we were able to open up earlier than our typical time in the beginning of May. During this time, we opened up on every day that Environment Canada was predicting 10°C or warmer, with no rain. Our hours were shorter than usual; 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and not all attractions were available, so we had a reduced admission rate.
If we have similar weather this spring, we will be doing the same, beginning on March 25. If the good weather continues and we can open up all attractions, we will open up 7 days a week with regular hours and regular admission rates beginning April 14.
We’re very excited about baby farm animals this year. If all has gone according to plan, our female goats, sheep and pig are expecting babies later this spring. We can’t wait to introduce them to you!
This year, you do not have to stand in line to get your pictures taken for season’s passes! As soon as you order them online, we ask you to reply to our email with the names and pictures of the people you’ve purchased passes for. Then we’ll create them and mail them out to you.
Looking forward to spring!
Judy & Claude
