I’ve been a snow removal/Maintenance labourer at Kayben Landscaping for a bit over a year. The training does at very good job at getting you comfortable with health and safety and equipment, as well as letting you get to know other crew members, which is great because the job we do relies on us working together and supporting each other as a team. From the start of my employment to now, i’ve learned and been given the opportunities to allow me to be more and progress in the company.

Productive and well rounded

I’ve worked at this company as a construction landscaper for 1 month now and it’s already the most informative experience I’ve had in the industry. This is how a landscape company should function in terms of the treatment of its employees. The 2 days of initial classroom style learning are supplemented with equipment training and a comprehensive series of guides on day to day activities. There is a further orientation period that extends throughout the following weeks. This encompasses on site learning, more in depth training with equipment and tools, as well as supervised independent learning. The management is keen to take notice of effort and boasts a healthy understanding of patience. Workplace culture at this company is exactly as advertised on the website. Company values and policy are upheld at all levels. Every employee seems curated for their position and role. I see long term potential for myself at this company. There appears to be valid reason for loyalty as opportunities for advancement here are plentiful.

Amazing team atmosphere

I have had the pleasure of working here for 2 months and have enjoyed every minute of it!Great people all around and immediately welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to bring the full force of my experience to the table. The atmosphere here has made it feel like I have worked here for years! Plenty of growth opportunities and can not beat the opportunity for growth and success!
