This role is for you if you have:
A reputation for being dependable and responsible
(our clients trust us; we’d have to trust you with our clients)
At least 2 years of experience in leading a groundskeeping crew
Clean driver’s abstract with experience in driving a truck and trailer
A wide range of equipment operating experience such as: driving a truck and trailer
Physical strength and stamina
(it’s hard, outdoor work)
A reputation for giving clear direction and constructive feedback

In this role you would be:
Arriving to work in the morning at our yard & office site just outside of Okotoks, AB.
Managing job costs and crew hours to meet schedule and budget
Scheduling weekly maintenance services for all clients
Leading morning meetings with the crew on daily and weekly goals and jobsite hazards.
